Nestle Whole Grain
Whole grains are simply the grains (or seeds) of various crops with all of the edible parts of the grain still intact.
The various parts of a grain contain a whole range of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. When a grain is refined, usually to create ‘white’ products like white flour and white rice, only the middle section of the grain is used. The outer and inner sections are discarded, along with many of the grain’s nutrients.
